Lightly textured cream of crayfish and asparagus scented with truffle. Lightly textured soup that combines the flavors of crayfish and asparagus with a touch of truffle in a successful combination.

Preparation.

SAUCE PAN: Do not defrost. Add a little water and heat until boiling. MICROONDAS: Perforate the tray in several locations and heat at maximum power (800 W) until boiling, approx. 9–10 minutes. Remove before serving.
