Tender beef cheek confit cooked at a low temperature, deboned and shaped into a rectangle. We recommend serving it golden brown on the outside so that it harmoniously contrasts with the inside.

Preparation.

OVEN: Once thawed, bake for 8-10 minutes at 200ºC/400ºF / GRILL: Once thawed, slice it and heat it on the grill.
