Beef Carpaccio

Thinly sliced cured beef served with mixed greens and topped with shaved parmesan and balsamic vinegar.

High-quality traditional dish. Very easy to prepare, which allows for any number of finishing touches, including spinach, arugula, vinaigrette, and Parmesan cheese.

Preparation.

Defrost for 10 minutes at room temperature or 25–30 minutes in the fridge. Consume within 6 hours after defrosting.
